WIIS PDF materials are educational resources that organize related topics from our web-based materials into a single, coherent text.Web materials have the major advantage of allowing learners to quickly look up the information they need. As you study a subject more deeply, however, you may also want to understand the overall structure of the field or work through the material systematically from the fundamentals onward.

At WIIS, PDF materials are provided as a benefit for Premium Members and Supporter Members. Rather than selling PDF materials individually, we provide them as part of membership because we do not regard them as standalone products. Instead, they are an integral part of the broader learning environment that WIIS provides. This article explains the thinking behind this approach.

WIIS PDF materials are not simply compilations of our web-based materials. We continuously write, revise, and improve our educational content, and only those subject areas that have reached a sufficient level of completeness are edited and published as PDF materials.
